What to Expect
Quality, honesty, and integrity are core values of Poirier Mechanical. I am dedicated to clear communication on what it takes (and how long it takes) to do a job right the first time. Be patient with me, I will be patient with you, we will both benefit!
No mark-up on parts. I search for parts at the best value available locally and online. If you want a walk-in exchange warranty, I buy your parts locally.
Labor rate is $80/hour – less than a typical repair shop. (Reference).
Payment methods accepted: Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle, major credit cards (3% fee), checks, and, cash. (Transactions through contactless/chip-reading POS from Square.)
Estimates and Invoices are provided for all jobs.
About Me
My name is Wes Poirier. I am an engineer by day and gearhead by night. Repair shops charge more for parts and labor than most people can realistically afford. I started PM LLC to use my God-given skills to serve my family, friends, and local community. I may not be fast, but my rate is low ($80/hr), I do not up-sell work or mark-up parts, and I stand by my work. I typically save my customers ~50%, sometimes more.
